of Northwest celebrated Executive Chef Peter Birk.  Originally from Joplin, Missouri, Chef Peter adds contemporary whimsy to traditional comfort food from the heartland in his preparation of Pacific Northwest cuisine.

For over a decade Chef Peter has nurtured strong relationships with local fishermen, farmers and ranchers who live by sustainability ethos.  We hope you appreciate our effort in bringing fresh, local, organically grown ingredients to your plate.
